There are no receipts put in the box so that it can be shipped directly to someone as a gift. The only receipt you will receive is by email.

We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you need to return something you have 7 days from the delivery date to request and dispatch a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if your order was a promotional “Free Shipping” order, we will deduct shipping fees from the order total. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post stamped outside the 7 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend the products or details on an order. Although you may consider it an easy thing to update an order, once an order is placed a chain of events is automatically triggered behind the scenes, related to the shipping of the package.

We do our best to make sure that pictures and product descriptions are as accurate as possible.

Delivery

Signing is NOT required unless you (the buyer) request it. Additional charges may apply).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days and delivery takes 2-7 days usually. We only ship to USA buyers.

The billing address must be linked to the credit card or payment provider you will be using when you place the order. It is possible to ship to an alternative address.

Please check with your household members, neighbor, doorman or any areas on your property where the package could have been left by the delivery courier. If you have no luck, please let us know so we can look into the issue.

After successful delivery to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, click ‘Track Package’ and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
