At LeoBeto.com, customer satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not  100% happy with your purchase, we will be happy to coordinate an exchange or process any return and issue a refund to your account. We ensure all of our products are professionally wrapped so they arrive with safety, we also insure our packages to make the delivery process as safe as possible. Upon delivery please inspect your order thoroughly and make sure the package is in acceptable condition. You may refuse to accept delivery if the package is considerably damaged or if it’s been opened. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact us and we will gladly arrange an exchange or return for you. Return requests must be made within 7 days of the receiving date. Refund covers the item’s original price and the tax amount paid (if any). 

TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start the return and refund process, get in touch with us at Help@LeoBeto.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Pack the item securely into the original delivery box in the manner it was received. Ship the item back to the sender’s address on the package. We will start processing your return as soon as we receive the package. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, typically within 7 business days.
