The Gift Card is not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit, unless required by law. The Gift Card has no expiration date. Stolen, damaged or lost Gift Cards will only be replaced if the Gift Card has never been used. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable (e-mail) address or a nonexistent (e-mail) address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser. Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you need to return something you have 7 days from the delivery date to request and dispatch a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if your order was a promotional “Free Shipping” order, we will deduct shipping fees from the order total. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post stamped outside the 7 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
